I want to take a moment to tell about my experiences in hiring Mr. Carl Wood as my auctioneer for a recent estate sale held outside of Cloudcroft, New Mexico on April 14, 2012.

I telephoned Mr. Wood in late February based on a positive reference and told him that I was interested in acquiring his services for an auction of my household contents because I had a prospective buyer for my home in Timberon, NM. He came to my house, did a walk-through, and informed me that he would be pleased to set up an auction for the contents.

From the very beginning, Mr. Wood showed professionalism in his field, and was both courteous and honest in his demeanor.

I explained my urgency in removing the contents from the house quickly as the sale was contractually pending and my job required that I be at another location out of State. I therefore left the removal of the contents in his responsible hands and he did so in a timely and respectful manner.

Mr. Wood has 20 years of experience in auctioning and from the very beginning I have been at ease with him in the way he conducts his business alongside his wife who is also his business partner.

Mr Wood understands the necessity and importance of advertising and how to draw crowds to his auctions. He is a long- time resident/businessman in the Cloudcroft area and maintains contacts while networking with potential bidders from all over the United States.

The auction was a total success and I was thrilled with the results, as my share of the auction proceeds were beyond my expectations.

I highly recommend Mr. Wood for any of your auction needs. You will not be disappointed with his services.
